Conclusion – Personal thoughts and recommendations
Okay, this film did get A LOT of backlash. It was literally deemed “Eastwood’s worst film ever.” But, I actually quite enjoyed this movie. The ideas behind it, I thought, were very impressive how all the little things align perfectly for this one event. Especially since this actually happened. I don’t know, I think people are being too harsh just because the film had Eastwood’s name behind. I recommend giving it a go, I enjoyed it.
I would recommend this film to anyone interested in seeing a film that differs from others but can handle a bit of violence, especially those who can sit still and listen to the story for an hour and a half (or however long this film goes for).
To conclude, a good thing to keep in mind is that this film is quite violent towards end as it does contain a reenactment of a shoot so it is important to be advised of that.
If you choose to see it, enjoy! And comment your opinion on the film in the comments!
